Useful tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

This was our business's lifesaver. We get heavy churn and often recruit staff out of state. PlanSource helps staff login at home at their leisure rather than bringing documents into office. I really like that it connects straight to the sender, so I wouldn't have to send every enrollment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The new GUI is slightly more difficult to use and some functionalities were ended. I still like the old one and most of the time, I'm still returning to it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PlanSource enabled the onboarding process of HR even simpler. This takes off the extra stress of small companies that do not have a full-time HR officer.
