What are the best aspects of this product?

Their yearly customer service team was incredibly supportive during the year's really busy time. They are so diligent and responsive to all questions from our clients as we moved through the setup, training and yearly staff enrollment process. This had made a significant difference for our consumers. Personally, of all the customer vendors with which I worked, PlanSource stood out way beyond: very competent, excellent meticulousness and exemplary responsiveness. These all have very beneficial effects on our annual registration experience of our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As of the moment, I don't have anything to note as a disadvantage for PlanSource.

Great customer service. Amazing keen attention to details and responsiveness!
