What are the best aspects of this product?

It's exactly what I need for assigning tasks to multiple projects because we're able to have several options and frequency to communicate regularly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if searching for uploaded files will be much easier, regardless of the location they were uploaded to. It would also be helpful if a new version of the same document won't overwrite the old one when I upload it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to manage multiple projects. We assign a team to each client, depending on their needs, and it's easy to track the progress of the project through Planview.
