What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's designed really well in such a way that it's easy to use, yet intuitive. The graphics tell a lot about the brand, and it's so easy to see what's happening and who's doing what.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It might suit larger corporations better. but to be honest, I don't really know how to use it to its fullest potential and the people behind it tend to be so blase.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Efficiency. It was great that we managed our time well, and basically put to light what other people are doing. Do they respond or simply fire up their email? It replaces the email threads that bother me too.
