Good PM tool in my industry

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to understand and so user-friendly because I can assign tasks to my team quickly. I'm also able to manage the boards and phases more effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It could be more affordable, or else enable us to cut our work time in half.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to track the progress of each project, how everyone is doing with their assigned tasks, and follow up if needed. Everyone has access to information and where we are in the project, instead of mere emails where it's hard to keep track and follow up.
