What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Planview Projectplace enables our team to work with other teams and build a more complex set of tasks using the cards and boards. Those help us visualize our project plans. Some functionalities help us organize better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing much, it's just that it can be very complex if you don't have a dedicated person or team who are constantly on top of it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to keep everyone organized amid an ongoing integration to a new software platform that involves several offices and teams.
