What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Planview makes it easy for me to share information in so many ways. It's also easy to use and I get to customize each project, manage documents and tasks. I also get complete training and continuous support from the Planview team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great for the plan view to be more organized, so it's easier to find items installed in different places, with different naming conventions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to share files and enable closer collaboration between teams. With Planview Projectplace our project team can also use it with our clients so we can all monitor the progress and create reports about the projects.
