What are the best aspects of this product?

It's all-in-one -- everything I need and like in a productivity and scheduling app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price point can be a lot better for smaller working groups. Perhaps flexibility is needed since we use it a lot less than bigger teams.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being on top of projects because the team is on the same page in terms of completing tasks and being updated with the project's progress. We're better-connected because it's a great communication tool.
