What are the best aspects of this product?
Working with an Australian company meant that there was always someone available by phone to help when it was required. Pricing was simple and I wasn't forced into a 12 month contract which was calming.
Corey ran through everything with me over a presentation, he was very clear and took the time to answer my many questions.. again it was great to have someone there to answer my questions and help me get started.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would love to see more help guides for the many different features that are available, the few that are on the website are fantastic and while most features are intuitive to use, I know there would be many people like myself that would prefer to read over what's available.
