It provides a convenient platform on which you can learn and acquire knowledge in technology courses at your own pace. The course work to the topics is prepared by professionals and students studying different areas of technology. It has a broad tech base in terms of learning to satisfy the needs of those who want to learn any topic in technology. It is supported by Microsoft which adds to its efficiency as a learning tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although a great learning tool in impacting individuals with the right skill-set, they have no certification to show for it. It would be better if they offered a completion certificate to those who pass exams at the end of the course, like other similar learning tools such as Udacity. To achieve this, they can partner with schools and companies to help make learning rewarding in all ways.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped me to learn and acquire complex programming skills which would not have been possible if I took the initiative of self-study. It helps me to upgrade my skills and knowledge in the field and apply them in the industry.
