Pluralsight offers everything at your disposal. The learning platform can be accessed from anywhere at any time, provided you are connected to the internet. Its wide knowledge base means that you can find a topic that is relevant to your area of expertise making it a reliable learning tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it offers certification for different courses, it would be better if it did more so for software topics and integration with LinkedIn. This would one to showcase their skills-set to a potential client or employer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have been able to acquire different certifications that relate to my profession. I am able to improve on this on a weekly basis thanks to Pluralsight. You can view your qualifications in the form of certifications for the knowledge you have acquired on the platform.
