PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Building task is very easy and well laid out. You are able to easily streamline every project and break down the task for each person working on the project. I wouldn't use the time logging but it seemed to be a wonderful tool for those that would something like that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No help ever with customer service. I got help once with an easy question but anything that require real aid, nothing. I don't think they actually have real people working to help their clients. There isn't a phone number and you might get an email but probable not. They offer a live messaging system but no one is ever available. We paid for whiteglove branding but the emails being sent still went to clients showing sent from plutio. when I tried to link my business gmail, it wouldn't allow us to. Very frustrating. this was a deal breaker. Oh, and if you pay for this service and find out later that there are no real people to help you, they won't issue you a refund. zip. not even a partial for the next 11 months you paid for but wont be using. total scam in my opinion.

real customer service.

none. since you couldn't actually do many things that were advertise. For example, customize your temples and send emails from your email.

i don't remeber if buying in full for the year was discounted over a month to month plan. I think they just offered 1 or 2 years and so, no I would not have gotten a discount.
