It is a great way to view and collect customer concerns and access them in one place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there would be a better organizing system for the messages so it would be easy to search for old topics. I also wish they would extend the dates that are allowed in the setups.

It improved our customer service as it allows us to respond promptly to their concerns.
