What are the best aspects of this product?

Podium made it easier for us to communicate with our customers. It's convenient for us, it's convenient for them. We could communicate with them through text and emails, unlike before when voice calls were our only option. We can now easily tap them to give us reviews. We also use this platform to keep track of our customers. It also allows us to send automated messages when we're not available. It also has a mobile app that allows us to respond to our customers wherever we are.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should improve on their search feature. Currently, it's not possible to search through old messages using keywords.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication is a lot faster with Podium. We can now also customers some images of the products that they are eyeing.
