What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using another platform for my customer reviews before. However, since I discovered the ease of using Podium, I never went back to my old brand. This particular platform does a great job of encouraging our clients to communicate with us quickly and straightforwardly. Also, we use this app to store their information to get in touch with them whenever necessary.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that Podium should allow us to take ownership of our chat convos with our clients. There are instances wherein their staff would initially reply to our clients, and in the middle of the conversation, we would have to join in because it's only us who can answer the queries. This kind of scenario can be somewhat confusing for the client, so it's better to assist them throughout the conversation for a smoother transaction process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reaching out to our clients is now more accessible with the use of Podium. We can even use it with Facebook and Instagram, making it easier and faster for our clients to send in their replies because most of them are very much active in using their social media accounts.
