What are the best aspects of this product?

This allows us to respond to our customers' inquiries promptly. It also allows us to conveniently notify them of the pick-up time, shop availability, etc. It sends an automated text, so we no longer have to call them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This app is perfect for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The automated notifications saved us a lot of time and manpower. We no longer have to wait for a staff to respond to the inquiries and call manually. It also seems that the customers prefer texts over phone calls as the engagement is higher now.
