What are the best aspects of this product?
The versatility of the product is one of its selling points. It's compatible with both computers and smartphones, so you can always monitor how things are going even if you are not physically present at the store or out of the office. It's a good thing that you and your employees can get back to clients right away to fix things before it escalates further. I've introduced Podium to all of my employees, and the good thing is that everybody was able to cope with the platform and use it effectively in gathering feedback.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Since Podium is being utilized for lead gen purposes, the tendency is that a lot of people take advantage of it to gain more clients. They’re hoping to convince someone to buy a product or even listen to them make a sales pitch. However, not all clients respond to these scenarios, or there are instances that they ask for demands that are hard to meet. Instead of using it to get positive feedback for the business, some people would take the opportunity to express their disappointment over things that are not met within their expectations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I like the fact that we could address different issues to a broad market of clients. You can use the program on-site or off-site to monitor client reviews regarding the business. It helps you come up with practical action plans to ensure that you exceed your clients' needs. I hope that the app would allow each employee to cater to one client at a time to avoid confusion and ensure proper tagging of sales and productivity. Times are changing, so it is essential to find modern means of reaching out to people that make your business successful.
