What are the best aspects of this product?

Podium gives me access to communicate with customers 24/7 because I get to receive and send messages in real-time, making me work faster in resolving their concerns. I love that I can provide better and personalized service to my clients because my business would not be as successful as it is today. To keep them safe during this Covid-19 pandemic, we encourage people to purchase things using our online platform and pay through Podium. We will then send the items right away to their doorstep, which is more convenient than leaving their home.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am the traditional type of businessman who wants to strike a conversation with our customers and get feedback. But with today’s situation, I realized that I can still get honest reviews through the links that I’m sending from Podium.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to encourage my clients to continue patronizing my business by shopping and paying online. Both are hassle-free solutions to serve our clients despite the pandemic and continue to earn an honest living and ensure that the business would stay afloat.
