PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I currently have Podium installed on my work laptop and my smartphone, and it works well on both gadgets. There may be some minor tech issues along the way, but their back office team has always supported my needs. I prefer using Podium because it keeps me in the loop regarding our customer things about the business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that I could be provided with better or more credentials so I can maximize Podium. If they have a way to modify a user’s access, I could help resolve more serious matters that would positively impact the business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I appreciate that we can send links to our clients where they can write down their feedback using Facebook and other social media platforms. This soliciting review method is more encouraging to the majority of our customers because they spend most of their time hanging out in their social media accounts, which makes it very convenient to accomplish.
