What are the best aspects of this product?

I feel confident using and recommending this platform to our clients because of its accessibility and ease of use. Any of their customers can make a full review of their experience in just a few clicks. It also comes with messaging and reporting features that make it easier to monitor overall business performance and focus more on customer satisfaction.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about Podium because, for me, it makes things more effortless by sending review links using an online platform. It's one of a kind tool that simplifies the process of customer engagement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that we don’t have to struggle to talk to our clients and convince them to give a quick review of our company. With Podium, our reviews increased ten folds which means that a lot of people are satisfied. Also, the analytics that it generates is pretty much accurate, which helps us determine how many of our customers are willing to participate in our reviews.
