What are the best aspects of this product?
I want to stress the importance of always keeping in touch with your customers and being open to feedback to make your business competitive. With Podium, we make these things happen that resulted in hundreds of positive feedback from clients each month.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing extraordinary about the UI of the product. It is effortless and straightforward, which I don’t think is a negative trait. However, we should put more emphasis on the advantage of online payments through the platform. Currently, there are still many clients who do not want to give their card info, so we have to provide reassurance that nothing bad will happen.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have noticed a consistent upward trend in our sales figures since we started using Podium to collect payment. We need to convince clients that our platform is safe and convenient to use, and we will surely meet our monthly sales quota.
