I want to learn how to tag other team members on specific reviews. I heard that tagging the person in charge makes resolving issues a lot faster than going through the normal escalation process.

You can easily help the customer by addressing his or her specific needs. This eliminates the process of callbacks and misunderstandings which can leave the client feeling frustrated and angry over time. Also, we like using Podium to collect purchase payments from our clients.
