What are the best aspects of this product?
This user-friendly and accessible app allows users to 1) track customer service progress through reviews and conversations, 2) communicate through text, and not only through phone calls, 3) assign conversations to other users/staff when you're not available
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Being available to receive customer inquiries and concerns 24/7 is a bit taxing though. I wish there was a way to deactivate it in a certain period.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Most customers prefer texts over phone calls, so this is a win-win for us and our customers. Our Repairs and Accounts Receiveable departments find this really beneficial.
