What are the best aspects of this product?
Getting in touch with our clients is now made fast and easy with Podium. I like that our profile information is not being given away to keep us secured at all times. Podium is a one of a kind smart app because it is in sync with our operational hours. Customers receive a message indicating our opening and closing times and making sure that we will get back to them as soon as we resume operations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can say that Podium is an established application that is meant to encourage customer interaction for businesses of all sizes. I like that I can see messages and reply to them instantly. However, it seems that the notification feature is not working well because I don’t hear any alarms or reminders from either my laptop or smartphone. System issues are expected from time to time, but the good thing is that it does not have a significant impact on the business itself. Other than that, I can say that I’ve got no significant issues with Podium, and they should continue improving the platform for our satisfaction.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can say that I am lucky to be using Podium because it solves many problems in my business. It allows you to get in touch with clients without the need to reveal personal information such as phone numbers and so forth. It's worth using because it's very beneficial in spreading the word regarding your business. It simplifies communication through emails or SMS, which makes it easier for the clients to reply immediately.
