What are the best aspects of this product?
I always look forward to using Podium every day to send review invites to my clients. My staff does this as well because they find the platform very user friendly even for beginners. I like the layout because it's so easy to understand where to go and what to do, so everything we need to enhance our communication is provided by Podium. We send links via SMS, which is more convenient for our clients to answer back after a few minutes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There should be some enhancements that need to be done regarding the chat icons, so I can easily find specific messages and instantly reply to the thread. Also, I could wish for Podium to add a video calling feature to make it easier for us to discuss urgent matters with our clients and colleagues rather than using the traditional chat and messaging format.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is a versatile tool that helps you run your business smoothly and enhances your customer service department. You can use it to communicate with clients, staff, and sharing documents without a fax machine. I prefer using Podium rather than my e-mail to send copies of contracts or invoices to my clients because it's faster and safer.
