What are the best aspects of this product?
Podium makes it easier for us to communicate with our customers in real-time. There is also automation available whenever we're not online. Businesses need to keep conversations with customers going. It's also helpful for our HR department because it allows them to oversee employee engagement with our customers. Monitoring and evaluating performance is now aided by Podium.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice if they add a "read" indicator for the messages, as well as, search filters.

We are now more active in engaging with our customers. It also allows us to see reviews immediately and gauge the satisfaction of our customers.
