What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform allows us to conveniently send texts, review invites, and notifications to our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they would improve the automation and have it available for other functions. I think it would be better if the auto-reminder feature gets integrated with the client files.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Following up on unpaid bills and communicating with customers on other matters is easier now! Sending texts is convenient.
