What are the best aspects of this product?

I enjoy using Podium because it creates an avenue for us to talk directly to our clients by simply logging in to the platform. Our popularity in Google and Social Media increased in just a matter of time through our staff's joint efforts and, of course, by utilizing Podium. We also use this to generate leads for our other sales campaigns and get accurate data from our clients. Using Podium makes them feel heard and valued; therefore, they become loyal to our company and stay with us in the long run.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am quite contented with using Podium because it has what it takes to communicate effectively with our existing clients. The more issues that we solve, the better it is for our business. The only thing that I have noticed with Podium is that their staff is not actively reaching out to us. As a paying customer, part of our expectations is to get updates regarding the platform and watch out for additional features that we can take advantage of. We need to maximize the product in helping us advertise our business and gain bigger profits simultaneously.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that we can respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback faster than before. Now we can resolve simple issues within minutes upon receiving the message, which made a lot of difference in our service levels for the past six months or so. Solving problems as soon as they are being reported is very critical to the success of our business. Customers should have someone from our support team assist them upon their initial chat conversation. We aim to provide complete resolution even to complex issues within 24-48 hours, which is now made possible with the help of the Podium app. Now that we have this platform in our hands, we are confident that we can address all raised issues to us in a very timely manner.
