What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how this program allows us to create templates that our staff can easily fill in during their rounds. This has positively affected our productivity on so many levels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that the program would do a quick QA sweep to check for typos. Even just a simple one would suffice--we just want to eradicate spelling errors, more than anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program has proven to be a good assistant in charting and documenting our patients’ medical progress. We’ve been able to save more time through it too.
