What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool has made it easy for us to transition to a paperless environment. Even our staff love just how easy to navigate this program is-- it's simple and the command buttons do not give room for ambiguity. We can also set different user roles within our account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that chartings can still be improved so they can give us better insight into our patients’ needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The hand-off between members of our staff has been running much more smoothly thanks to this program. Now, data handling runs much more smoothly.
