Charting is now a breeze.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is every nurse’s best friend because it helps us in one of our major (yet dreaded) activities: charting. But with Core, this task has become much more manageable. Retrieving information is no longer a daunting task too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t know if the program itself is to be blamed for this, but I have consistently noted that the processing is quite slow. There are days when Core won’t even open. However, I think this has more to do with our faulty internet connection more than anything. There are just too many people accessing it at all times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Overall, the handling of files is now much easier. We can easily track appointments and provide better services because we can access patient information very easily.
