PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This had been particularly easy software to launch. We had it up and running in no time, without the need to tap into our already busy IT personnel to help us out. Because it is an online-based program, we did not need much external support in getting it started. Even the upkeep can be done within the department too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish the system itself would boot up and run faster. There are some tasks that are time-dependent and we need the program to keep up with our pace. Naturally, there are times when the internet connection would, indeed, be uncooperative. However, we suspect that the program itself can be clunky too. We just don’t like it when we call for customer support and their go-to reason would be that our internet connection is slow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool provides a really great value for our money. We have reached our ROI with it because it has helped us process our claims more efficiently.
