What I love best about this program is its no-nonsense configuration. One can easily learn it and use it too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can’t change the charting templates too much. Even then, there are not a lot of templates you can choose from in the first place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With everything just within reach, we’ve noticed an uptick of productivity in the workplace.
