If you are new to mind mapping, it is a great tool. This shows students the basics of how to create good presentations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't much use for it but for classroom students.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kids can learn by doing or making the material rather than just listening to lectures and presentations. I like how interactive it is.
