What are the best aspects of this product?

I recommend it to people who are visual learners. I use it when I truly delve into a concept or topic that interests me. Also, the learning curve is not bad at all. It is very intuitive and easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love Popplet's features but I think they can add some more. There are similar tools out there that have more features but if you don't need advanced ones, maybe Popplet is the best fit for you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it regularly for teaching and making presentations. The ease of use is the best aspect of this app. I used tools before that had more features but were quite hard to manipulate. Popplet is just the perfect balance for me.
