PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The system covers almost everything you need, in our case, the core requirement was to have a system that can track the sales made against a specific coupon code which is assigned to a correspondent affiliate, in the market you will find the majority of the affiliate tracking software covering clicks, leads ..etc. so it was so challenging to find a system that covers the coupon codes as well.

The system is very user friendly & very flexible at the same time!
Key features:
1) Having a proper tracking software to track the commissions.
2) The ability to synch the sales from our ERP system using their APIs.
3) Having a public website to introduce our affiliate program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only comment I have that the integration is not very easy for the non-PHP languages , however, they have a very good support team & they will assist you, so you should not get blocked.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

My suggestion enhance the integration & to provide RESTful APIs as an option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to launch our affiliate program using this software, also, we got rid of the trust issues where sometimes, your affiliates won't believe the figures you are sharing with them unless if they see it from the system by their selves.
