Automation is the key

What are the best aspects of this product?

As stated automation is the key. Me and my colleagues like it as it helps us save lots of time. Software has long list of useful features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see my language in supported languages list. It is possible to add your own translation, but it takes time. On the other hand it is unfair to expect all languages in supported list.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

To this date, features I need are supported

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We did not have software for operation, now we have one that takes care of all aspects
