Post affiliate pro is a great software program to build a referral team, great customization & robust. If you are not a technical person you will get a lot of advanced tools as default. If you are more tech savvy you can pretty much customize it to meet any of your needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Post affiliate pro could be easier to use. It has many, many features which is good but can overwhelm new users. Ease of use with great capability is a balance that few software companies accomplish but extremely important. They can get there.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More simplicity. Better themes. Overall better design.
