What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform is suited for any stages of the company. It's equipped to grow with your business with add-on features that were built to maximize the platform potential. We were once a small/mid- size business, the platform was able to scale . One outstanding feature is their support team which is available 24/7. They were very well trained and can help us quickly with any issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We were not able to send emails from the platform by an individual merchant that manages accounts in the platform. We wish that each of our Account Managers can better communicate with their affiliates directly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Reports automation. We wish we would be able to have some of reports run on a regular basis and send to us by email. The ones that are available can be segmented further.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to implement a simple and effective solution for affiliate tracking. It saved us a lot of dev time and resources to build something similar in-house.
