What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect is probably the friendly and very qualified customer support that's just a few clicks away. The software has been around for more than a decade, so it has lots of functionalities and offers everything we need, e.g. VAT settings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some settings are not so easy to find, and some things may not be as intuitive.
