What are the best aspects of this product?
It has every feature I need. It's also been around for a long time, I think about 15 years, so it's had a lot of the kinks worked out. I also LOVE their immediate customer support by chat. Very helpful. They've helped me sometimes for an hour or more in conversation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The documentation is written in English, but it's not the best English. It takes some deciphering.
