What are the best aspects of this product?
The best part of the software is that it does exactly what it should, allows for easy tracking, and offers both sides of the affiliate arrangement visibility into the program. It's easy to use and makes it very easy to sign on new affiliates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The landing page set up is complicated. The email feature could also be better.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to give one company multiple different logins with different permission levels.
