Great Features At A Good Price Point

What are the best aspects of this product?

The price point is excellent for the features it provides. Allows us to run a multi-tiered (multi-level) affiliate program structure, which many other affiliate programs do not provide.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Live voice phone support would be good, however the live chat still gets the job done.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An integrated payment system built in that would allow us to charge a price to some affiliates for signing up and to accept the payment when they register as an affiliate. At this time, this feature is not integrated into the software.

Ability to run a multi-tiered affiliate program
