What are the best aspects of this product?

The software works much better than expected, allows me to edit any transaction manually and maintain my affiliates with confidence the features are easy to use and are self-explaining, solid tracking, knowledgable and fast support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't write anything negative after almost 10 years of usage.
Whatever you think you want from an affiliate tracking software to what you will discover you really need is all out of the box.

Tracking of affiliates, automatic performance rewards, marketing in one place, a way to email all my affiliate or a group of affiliates in the same place. Tracking of sales and commissions, as well as click on ads.
