What are the best aspects of this product?
Customer service was always quick to respond and help to come up with custom solutions based on our needs.
There are more features than I needed so would definitely be a product that we could grow with.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the aspects aren't as intuitive as I'd like.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A basic product/campaign already set up that you can just adjust to fit your needs instead of creating from anew each time.

We were looking at many software options. This was easily the most cost effective.
