The wide array of powerful features and the extremely knowledgeable customer service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This is advanced software with a lot of powerful features, so it can take some time and effort to learn how to use it and customize it to your needs. I think for some of the customer service agents, English may not be their first language, but that's certainly never caused a problem for me, and it's countered by how incredibly knowledgeable they are about their software. The level of expertise you'd associate with tier 2 or 3 support is available at any time via their tier 1 support. Absolutely best-in-class support.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to customize the admin and affiliate sites does exist, but I don't love it. It could be me, but I think that aspect could be improved.
Otherwise, the platform suits literally every one of our needs and we run a very strange affiliate program (compared to most).

Affiliate tracking, sales attribution, affiliate reports, sign-up, and management. Pretty much everything about our affiliate program.
