What are the best aspects of this product?
The biggest advantage of using PAP is that you get to design and customize affiliate programs to make them more content-relevant. Just open the affiliate members panel, or the merchant panel that needs to be edited, and use the language editor to deal with it in seconds. The program allows you to run payment in many different ways, both per lead and per sales, or even to pack entire campaigns in a single move. It has every option I ever needed, and the degree of customization is simply mind-blowing. As for customer support, I think there is not enough space here to describe how awesome they are! Best online experience ever! You email them, and they are right there to solve every issue you might have.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Looking for flaws in Post Affiliate Pro is just pointless.I had colleagues complaining on the insight of their merchant and affiliate panels, but only because they had no idea they could customize those to the needs of our brands. Once we got hands around it, we understood that we have something that makes every expectation look ridiculously modest. However, I believe the system is unneccessarily heaped with technical issues, they might give a look on that. Business is going customer-centred, and navigation ought to be simple (drag-and-drop and WYSIWG istead of complex HTML codes, for instance).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I rely on PAP's integration with LAdesk.com's live chat service to make sure my affiliates get the optimized customer support they deserve. I am able to respond timely and accurately, and to guarantee smooth operations like never before. For real, I don't remember when was the last time I had a serious issue to deal with! Everything is visible, functional, and everybody is happy!
