What are the best aspects of this product?

The option of managing multiple social media handles so easily at one place is the best thing about POSTOPLAN. It has made life really easy for the businesses and social media operators to make sure they don't fall behind on the social media marketing front. Also having the feature of scheduling a post way before the time of its posting is truly remarkable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only disadvantage I felt with POSTOPLAN was as I new user I was completely lost at the beginning on where to start. There are so many things that POSTOPLAN offers that a new user can easily get confused and lost.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to see a more comprehensive step-by-step guide at the beginning of using this product, so that the new users can utilize and maximize the benefits that this amazing SMM platform offers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The businesses are required to be up-to-date with their social media posts. It's very important to post the right things at the right time so that they can connect with the customers. But doing this is challenging as sometimes it's difficult to manage the time. But with the feature of creating and releasing a post days in advance before it is posted has really helped solve this issue.
