What are the best aspects of this product?

I know that this software is particularly designed for church admin, but I mainly use it for child check-in. We use it to save important child information such as allergies, emergency contacts, or health history.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Managing family information especially for members with different surnames is a bit challenging. I hope there's a way to link these profiles to group them as a family.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software is helpful to us in keeping the kids in our custody safe. It organizes information well so we can easily pull out files about the children in case we need to verify the information.
