What are the best aspects of this product?

It seems that this software is designed exactly for me! I love how it caters to my needs when it comes to reporting. I don't have to customize it because it's already capturing what I needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I tried exploring custom report and it's not really for non-programmers. It's challenging to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love how easy it is to create reports using PowerChurch. I was able to help to create reports for different units of our church in no time.
